By accessing or using the TabDeck web application, Chrome extension, or Discord application (Application ID: 1548802079701860493), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use TabDeck services.
2. Description of Service
TabDeck provides a dual sidepanel productivity deck, web audio volume gain controls up to 600%, AI tool shortcuts (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek), trading chart docks, and cloud-synced web bookmark management. Certain features are accessible free of charge, while extended features require account registration or subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts & OAuth Authentication
When authenticating via Google or Discord OAuth, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree that information provided during account registration is accurate and up to date.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:
- Attempting to bypass authentication mechanisms, API rate limits, or account bookmark quotas.
- Using TabDeck to distribute malware, perform unauthorized data scraping, or launch denial-of-service attacks.
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or third-party service terms (including Spotify, YouTube, or Discord Terms of Service).
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand assets, source code, and design elements of TabDeck are the exclusive property of TabDeck and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without express written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TabDeck is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all third-party web services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
8. Termination & Changes to Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or modify features at any time. Notice of significant updates to these Terms will be published on this page.
