TabDeck ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our users across the TabDeck web application, Chrome browser extension, and Discord Bot / OAuth application (App ID: 1548802079701860493). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you interact with TabDeck services.

Depending on how you use TabDeck, we may collect limited information necessary to deliver our services:

• Account & Authentication Data: When signing in via Discord or Google OAuth, we receive your basic public profile information (such as your Discord User ID, username, avatar URL, and email address).
• Saved Bookmarks & Preferences: Cloud-synced member bookmarks, assigned sidepanel layouts (Tab 1 / Tab 2), and user tier preferences are stored securely.
• Local Session Data: Volume gain adjustments and active audio deck states are processed entirely locally on your device via the browser Web Audio API and local storage.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely for the following purposes:

• Authenticating your account and maintaining active session tokens across devices.
• Synchronizing your custom sidepanel bookmarks and preferences with BetterBase Cloud infrastructure (`proj_546q6`).
• Providing Discord bot interactions, server role verification, and linked role authorization.
• Ensuring service stability, bug fixes, and security monitoring.

4. Privacy-First Audio & Browsing Guarantee

Your web browsing history, active tabs, and volume gain streams are strictly private. Audio processing operates client-side via Web Audio API nodes. TabDeck does NOT record, transmit, analyze, or sell your audio streams, tab contents, or browsing history to third parties.

5. Third-Party Integrations

TabDeck integrates with third-party services including Discord API, Google OAuth, Spotify, YouTube Music, and TradingView. Interaction with third-party iframe endpoints is subject to the respective privacy policies of those services.

6. Data Security & Storage

All cloud user records are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and stored in secure cloud database clusters. We enforce strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of user data.

7. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated cloud-synced data at any time. To request account erasure, email support@kaywat.codes with your registered email address or Discord User ID.
